Shipping Policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

If you refuse any shipments from www.ipetuniversal.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with your postal service. iPetUniversal is not responsible for lost packages marked as delivered and we do not issue a refund for packages that state being delivered.


  • Cancellations are not available due to our quick turnaround time.
  • Please contact us immediately or before 8 am EST if you noticed that your shipping details are incorrect. Please note that we are unable to allow any amendments once your parcel has been dispatched.
  • Please email us at support@ipetuniversal.com and provide your order number, first and last name on the order, or email when you purchased.
  • Please contact the shipping service directly with address issues. Should your parcel be returned to sender you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
  • If your order fails to deliver or is delivered to the wrong address due to providing incorrect information we are not liable for reshipment or refund. If it has been 30 days since it was returned to us you will have to place an additional order. We will allow free shipping at this point and send your original order as well.


  • Orders placed on Monday - Thursday are processed within 1-2 days.
  • Please allow 3 days if your order was placed on Friday - Sunday,

  • Tracking Numbers post in 2-3 Business days after your order.
  • You can access your tracking number(s) by clicking the "View My Order" button within your confirmation email. Or visit our website Tracking page HERE.
  • Status Unavailable/Pre-Shipment, or something similar, may appear. This is normal, please allow 1-3 days for tracking information to be updated.
  • For international orders, once your order clears customs a delivery date will be generated.
  • Please contact your local courierdirectly with any location questions after it has cleared customs.


  • United States Standard Shipping: 5-12 Business Days
  • Rest of the world: 10-21 Business Days
  • When you select Tracked And Insured Shipping at checkout, this bumps your order to the front of the line. Our supplier sends your order out before anyone else's.

We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from international to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back-end charges incurred.
